What We Do
NanoArchitech manufactures, sells, and develops advanced nanoceramic building materials that replace high‑carbon, toxic cement with high performance climate‑resilient, fire‑ and waterproof composites for buildings and infrastructure. Our mission is to deliver long‑life, zero carbon building envelopes and exterior finishes that protect humanity and property from wildfires, floods, mold, toxins, and increasingly extreme climate events.
Climate‑Resilient Nanoceramic Composites
We engineer cement‑alternative nanoceramic super materials that use roughly half the cementitious material and can reach net‑zero or even below‑zero CO2 with harvested carbon and recycled fillers. These materials are designed to withstand fires, floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, and other high‑impact events while dramatically reducing the carbon footprint of traditional construction.
Our composites cure rapidly, can be precast, 3D‑printed, sprayed or even troweled on and create lighter, stronger thin‑shell structures that reduce material use, labor, and lifecycle costs. They also provide indoor benefits such as antimicrobial, hypoallergenic, and sound‑dampening performance for healthier buildings and controlled environments like muli-family buildings and indoor farming.
Fireproof and Waterproof Building Systems
NanoArchitech designs “disasterproof” building envelopes and finishes that are inherently fire‑, water‑, and mold‑resistant to protect communities on the front lines of climate risk. Our nanoceramic building skins and solid composites can be applied like stucco in a single, thin coat or fabricated as precast panels that cure in minutes, not hours.
These systems:
- Resist ignition and help block flame spread in wildfire and urban‑interface zones.
- Create waterproof, anti‑mold, and anti‑microbial barriers that encapsulate toxins and extend building life.
- Perform in extreme temperatures, including sub‑zero conditions for bridge repair and critical infrastructure.
Applications Across Sectors
We supply materials and systems for a wide range of projects where resilience and sustainability are non‑negotiable.
- Housing and community rebuilding in wildfire, flood, and hurricane‑prone regions.
- Hotels, commercial buildings, and critical public infrastructure needing rapid, durable upgrades.
- Bridges, water storage, and underwater repairs, including marine structures and pipelines.
- Climate‑adaptive systems that integrate conductive pathways for renewable energy and smart‑building technologies.
How We Work With Partners
NanoArchitech collaborates with developers, public agencies, infrastructure owners, and impact investors to deploy resilient materials at scale. We provide formulation expertise, material supply, and design guidance so that projects can quickly transition away from legacy cement toward high‑performance, low‑carbon cementitious products.
From affordable housing to large‑scale infrastructure and disaster recovery, we help teams “build back better” with materials engineered for the climate era.
As a California firefighter, member of the Santa Clara Fire Council, and fire safety advisor, I've personally reviewed the Ceramtek Fireskyns fire-resistant building finishes, testing data and successful projects previously completed by this team. Their performance is exceptional—combining outstanding fire and heat resistance with a smokeless burn profile and a clean, attractive appearance. Ceramtek represents a meaningful advancement in both fire safety and modern building design.
With a background in Naval Engineering, firefighting, and over two decades as a building contractor, I've worked with a wide range of materials—but none have matched the performance and reliability of Ceramtek products. For more than seven years, I've used Ceramtek in both interior renovations and exterior envelope applications across numerous projects. The results speak for themselves: my clients continue to be impressed years later with the durability, water resistance, and mold prevention these materials provide.
Ceramtek has proven to be a true game-changer—combining superior protection, longevity, and clean aesthetics that set a higher standard in modern construction
As an MBA and chemical engineer, I have worked directly with NanoArchitech on projects utilizing their advanced Ceramtek materials, including Climateskyns and Fireskyns, and have reviewed many years of third-party testing data and numerous patents supporting this technology’s performance. Over that time, I have seen compelling evidence on housing and infrastructure projects that deliver life-saving resistance while also advancing environmental goals exceeding leading low-carbon cement innovations. The Green Chemistry-based formulations behind Ceramtek use significantly less material and are engineered as an ultra-low-carbon alternative, with internal assessments indicating up to roughly 86 percent lower CO2 impact in production compared with conventional cement, while durability testing and long-life design targets support a service life on the order of 100 years or more. In my view, that combination of radically reduced embodied carbon and century-scale durability makes
these products especially responsive to the demands now being placed on next-generation construction materials.
ClimateSkyns and FireSkyns are exactly the kind of solutions jurisdictions now seek to prevent catastrophic loss of life and property in the face of escalating climate risks. As a chemical engineer, having personally evaluated the impressive technical testing results and the depth of IP behind this platform, I believe these Green Chemistry solutions provide the ultimate protection now required for the level of climate intensity we are experiencing globally, and I fully endorse these products for resilient, climate-responsible construction.
“As an inventor, chemist, and Chief Technology Officer at NanoArchitech, I have devoted my Over 20 years of my career to developing advanced nanoceramic materials
that fundamentally improve how we build in an era of escalating climate risk. Over decades of work in ceramic cement and highperformance composites, I acknowledge that the Ceramtek family of ceramic materials are technically robust, “State of the art” and environmentally meaningful. Our nanoceramic systems are engineered for multihazard performance, delivering fire, flood, and extremeweather resistance (water and wind) while also enabling lowercarbon, climateadaptive construction for homes and infrastructure. The same science that underpins disasterresilient wall panels and housing systems has been proven in demanding field environments, from hurricane exposed regions to critical
infrastructure applications, reinforcing my confidence in both the durability and versatility of this technology. From a chemist’s and inventor’s perspective, the formulations and curing behavior of
these materials represent a significant advancement over conventional cementitious products, opening pathways to longer service life and safer, healthier buildings. From my standpoint, the depth of R&D, thirdparty validation, and realworld deployments gives
me full confidence to endorse this platform as a key solution for communities seeking
resilient, netzeroaligned construction in the face of the climate crisis.”
